Dr. Constance Smith and Staff are dedicated to providing the best medical and surgical eye care. Our staff includes an experienced eye surgeon with over 25 years of medical and surgical experience.

Constance H. Smith, M.D.
Dr. Constance Smith graduated from the medical branch of the University of Texas in May of 1992.  She then completed her residency at the Medical College of Virginia in June of 1996. She is a current member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
